Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah addressed tens of thousands of people at a victory rally in Bint Jbeil town. He urged southern Lebanon's Moslems and Christians to unite but asked Lebanese authorities to punish severely around 1,500 Israeli-backed militiamen - most of them Lebanese Christians - who surrendered to authorities this week. "The most severe punishment must be bestowed on them so that they become an example for the future," he said.
