The court announced the sentences for November 2018 attack at Kawo Godey junction in Wadajir district in Mogadishu.
Both members of Al-Shabaab, Hassan Ali Moallim is sentenced to death for being the driver of a VBIED which exploded in Mogadishu’s Wadajir district on Nov 26, 2018, killing 12 people; his uncle Sayid-Ali Aden Nur gets life imprisonment for involvement in smuggling of VBIEDs into Mogadishu.
