The Court of Criminal Appeals told Circuit Judge James Reid to better explain why he sentenced Calvin Stallworth to death. The appeals court did the same thing in September, but appeals court Judge Kelli Wise said Reid's new sentencing order didn't address all of the issues involved in the case. Stallworth was convicted of killing Nancy Dukes, 43, on Dec. 4, 1997, and Linda Morton, 49, on Dec. 14, 1997.
