The Director of Information and Broadcasting, Andrew Sesinyi, blamed his department for the failure to broadcast a documentary on Marietta Bosch, and exonerated the Office of the President, which ordered the last minute cancellation of the documentary."The programme was produced without the knowledge of the head of BTV and without the knowledge of the director of the department.
