In the same court, Justice Mary Engena Maitum sentenced Patrick Omodo to death for murder.
Omodo was found guilty of killing Kacalina Akech at Abedi village in Apac in 2000.
The convicts were taken to Lira Central Prison pending transfer to Luzira where they were due to be put on death row.
