The High Court sentenced a 41-year-old Ghanaian businessman, to death for trafficking in 515.7gm of heroin contained in 84 capsules which he swallowed.Emmanuel Yaw Tieku, of Mungua, Accra, was found guilty of committing the offence at Jitra Hospital after entering Malaysia from Thailand through the Bukit Kayu Hitam border checkpoint December 13, 1997.
