The Liaoning Higher People's Court sentenced Liu Yong to death with two years reprieve for leading an organised gang, intentional homicide, offering bribes and illegal possession of guns. The court also sentenced Song Jianfei to death for intentional homicide. Song was escorted to the execution ground. The court also sentenced Wu Jingming, Li Zhiguo, Dong Tieyan, Zhang Xinmin and Ma Xinguo to death with reprieve of two years.
