The Ugandan High Court sentenced Samson Iga, 23, Muhamed Lukabwe, 29 and Siraji Bisaso, 26, to death for robbery
The Ugandan High Court sentenced Samson Iga, 23, Muhamed Lukabwe, 29 and Siraji Bisaso, 26, to death for robbery. The judge in the case ruled that the convicts robbed Mr Fredrick Kikabi and injured him using deadly weapons.
He said the medical evidence proved that Kikabi was actually attacked and that he sustained wounds especially in the pubic area.
The prosecution allaged that on February 17, 2001 the three convicts robbed Kikabi at Kiwatule in Kampala of a television set, a radio system and two wrist watches.
