The Yan'an Intermediate People's Court, in Shaanxi Province, executed Li Hongwu, Li Fafu and Yang Lin for intentional homicide. "Since 1992, Li organized people freed from labour education, fugitives, vagrants, and addicts to commit assault, homicide, robbery, kidnapping, blackmail, and tax evasion crimes. They also illegally possessed guns," the Shaanxi Ribao newspaper reported.
