USA - Alabama. A jury recommends death for Bart Wayne Johnson, white
A Shelby County jury recommends 10-2 death for Bart Wayne Johnson, white, convicted of murdering a policeman on December 3, 2009. He was found guilty Thursday of capital murder in the death of Phillip Davis. Retired Shelby County Circuit Judge Al Crowson will sentence Johnson June 16.
