Duval County judge David Gooding gave Justin McMillian, 26, black, the death penalty for the January 11th 2009 killing of ex-girlfriend Danielle Stubbs over her admission that she had aborted the couple's unborn child. Judge Gooding followed a June 30 (see) jury’s recommendation.
