State District Judge Bob Gill sentenced Billy Jack Crutsinger, 48, White, to death following a Sept. 30 jury's recommendation. He was charged, and actually he admitted, of killing 89-year-old Pearl “R.D”. Magouirk and her 71-year-old daughter, Patricia “Pat” Syren, on April 6, 2003.
