according to the "Jordan Times", the Criminal Court sentenced a 27-year-old man to death after convicting him of murdering three of his friends over a 10-year period.
Zuhair A. stood motionless as presiding Judge Mohammad Ibrahim read out the verdict. The tribunal declared him guilty of murdering Salaheddin Mohammad, 27, on Octobe 18, 2004, in Sahab, Najeh Khayat, 60, in Hussein camp in 1995, and Jamal Kawasmeh, in Jabal Hussein. The verdicts were to be automatically reviewed by the Court of Cassation within 30 days.
