PAKISTAN SECOND CONVICT TO BE HANGED IN DISTRICT JAIL LARKANA ON FRIDAY

Wali Muhammad s/o Ghulam Qadir Bhutto, convicted for killing Ghulam Fareed s/o Din Muhammad Bhutto on January 27, 1992 will to be hanged in Central Jail, Larkana, on Friday March 09 at 6.30a.m. This would be the second hanging in the history of the jail, the first one being in early February 2007. The Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, awarded him death penalty on 30.11.1995. The convict filed appeals against the judgement of the sessions court in Sindh High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan which were rejected upholding the verdict of the Sessions Court.
