Samuel B. Randolph IV should be sentenced to death for the slayings of 2 men, a Dauphin County jury said. The panel returned its sentence one day after convicting Randolph, 31, of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder and several other charges, including aggravated assault. Prosecutors said he shot 7 people at Todd and Pat's Hotel on Sept. 19, 2001. Anthony Burton, 18, and Thomas R. Easter, 21, were killed in the hail of bullets to avenge a previous brawl, authorities said.
