Zu Feng, Sun Liang and Sun Liansheng were sentenced to death by the first Intermediate People's Court of Beijing for cheating 160 million yuan.
The three were also deprived of political rights for life and had their personal property confiscated.
They had swindled more than 20 companies and individuals out of 160 million yuan from 1997 to 2001 by using counterfeiting seals, checks for transfer and financial instruments.
