"From January 2000 to November 2001, Zhang colluded with others to traffic in ecstasy pills. In November 2001, Zhang used a factory in Daya Bay District to produce drugs. Huizhou police searched the factory and residences of the suspects, confiscating 616 kg of ecstasy pills and drugs in white powder form," the newspaper reported.
